4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Caramel and hay, dough. Amber color, cloudy, big white head, yeast. Medium bitter and sour, long aftertaste.
One of the best gluten free beers for me.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Rich golden color and a 3/4 inch head that holds. The head is foamy and bright white and the ne’er bubbles brilliantly. The aroma is complex with earthy tones, grass, malt and medium-rich yeast. The head is crisp, aptitude and refreshing and the flavor full and complex. Its a full bodied full flavored mixture of mostly Belgian yeast shadowed by some refreshing malt and orangepeel and lemongrass notes. The lacing is thick and blanketous and the brilliant white color of it screams refreshment. I can’t believe this beer is gluten free. It has got to be the best I’ve have. Its all about the yeast. They can add all those flavors back removed by the barley and/ or wheat. Cheers!

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
33cL stubby bottle. Bottle date notched as March, 2014. So, about 20 months old. Poured into Courage Imperial Stout tulip/snifter. No gushing like the Triple. Medium strength head, light lacing. Golden color. Aroma is lightly honey Belgian malts, very airy, and very light dough. Moderately vigorous carbonation that cleans the flavor, which is lightly biscuit, Belgian cookie dough - light, and faint fruity ester. A pretty light yet felt beer. Damn good line of gluten free beers, maybe. Not bad for a 99 cent bottle on the discount rake.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Dobre piwo lepsze niż wersje bio. To bezglutenowe wydanie jest powiewem świeżości i smaku. Ładna spora piana, mętność i wyraźniejszy smak. ładnie się do tego prezentuje w tulipanie.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
I am about as enthusiastic about this Blonde beer as I am with the Brunehaut’s other biological beer, their triple. I love it. It has a very rich and full taste.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is a cloudy golden yellow with a large thick white head. The aroma is earthy wheat. The flavor is an acidic blend of wheat and possibly hops. An average beer.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Gift from Alonso’s father. In Teku glass. Watching Los Soprano 2x08. Nice, but a bit more sweetness is missing. Herbal bitterness. Dry and a bit soapy. Best bio beer ive taken so far. And gluten-free!

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a soft slightly hazy straw blonde with a profuse and crackling white head. Nose is very zesty and spicy/peppery. A tad skunky/musty with an odd off character. Estery. Dry and light bodied, very light bodied. Fruity with some phenolic spicy character. Peppery.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Light orange, very clear body and fizzy head. Grain field, classic hops and some farmhouse action. Medium carbonation and foamy mouth feel. Solid amount of bitterness. Bit of warmth in the back. Gets an extra point for being all organic. A solid brew but not too special in the Belgian ale category. Still well made and not too high in alcohol. Better than the not gluten free version, which is a nice accomplishment.
