4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Rich golden color and a 3/4 inch head that holds. The head is foamy and bright white and the ne’er bubbles brilliantly. The aroma is complex with earthy tones, grass, malt and medium-rich yeast. The head is crisp, aptitude and refreshing and the flavor full and complex. Its a full bodied full flavored mixture of mostly Belgian yeast shadowed by some refreshing malt and orangepeel and lemongrass notes. The lacing is thick and blanketous and the brilliant white color of it screams refreshment. I can’t believe this beer is gluten free. It has got to be the best I’ve have. Its all about the yeast. They can add all those flavors back removed by the barley and/ or wheat. Cheers!

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Dobre piwo lepsze niż wersje bio. To bezglutenowe wydanie jest powiewem świeżości i smaku. Ładna spora piana, mętność i wyraźniejszy smak. ładnie się do tego prezentuje w tulipanie.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Light orange, very clear body and fizzy head. Grain field, classic hops and some farmhouse action. Medium carbonation and foamy mouth feel. Solid amount of bitterness. Bit of warmth in the back. Gets an extra point for being all organic. A solid brew but not too special in the Belgian ale category. Still well made and not too high in alcohol. Better than the not gluten free version, which is a nice accomplishment.

For a gluten-free beer it is fantastic, drinks like any belgian golden ale. The yeast dominates.
