Bottled (from beerplanet.eu). Hazy golden colour, mediumsized slightly off-white head. Aroma is toffee, caramel malts, some fruityness as well as mild spices and some yeast. Flavour is rather spicy along with sweet malts, some mild toffee as well as slight bitter notes. Also the alcohol gives a slight sweetness to it. As it warms up it gets a bit nutty and resiny as well.

33cl bottle. Yellow/orange hazy with a small white head. Nose : Citrus notes. Fruity esters. Bread and cereals. Some spices like pepper. Very small floral honey aromas. Sip : Hardly oily with a sparkling soft carbonation. Sweet from start with honey background. Malts are breadish like and spiced with pepper and a taste of spicy ginger root. Good balance. Quite nice. Nothing special though.

Bottle at East End brewpub, Hong Kong. Slightly hazy apricot color with fizzy and aural head. Bright Belgian yeast aroma. Dry fruitiness with orange peel and ginger. Fairly thin, but granular palate with high carbonation. Tasty stuff. Fruity (apricot, tangerine) with a dry and slightly perfumy finish. Very nice.

Golden fizzy body and nice big white foamy head. Light sweet aroma; crisp, grainy, red apple and hay. Delicate but not very interesting. Mild taste based on a light sweetness, which is somewhat balanced not so much by hops but more the fizzy body. It’s very easily drinkable and compares much to an Affligem Blond, for example. So it’s okay, nothing special. +1 for being organic.

Pours a good-looking hazy golden body with a medium white (slightly gushing) head, just as promised in the commercial description. Smell is sweet and a bit yeasty. The taste, however, is somewhat less yeasty. Instead, banana and oats, mild hop aroma and a bubbly mouthfeel really makes me think of a German hefeweizen instead - there’s definitely something similar about it. A slight hint of wet leaves or basement in there too. Very drinkable, and quite enjoyable - particularly for an eco-beer, which I have become very skeptical towards after having so many bland and nondescript specimens coming my way lately. Not a work of art, but definitely a good beer.
