minutemat (2252) - Shrewsbury, Shropshire, ENGLAND - MAY 13, 2015
330ml bottle, present from my Belgian father-in-law. Pours hazy amber with creamy white head. Not a lot going on here. Tastes like a standard Golden ale rather than a Belgian tripel. A bit dull.

tricksta_p (1778) - Steenwijk, NETHERLANDS - MAY 6, 2015
Aroma of light malt, spicy yeast, fruits, a bit perfumed. Flavour is moderate sweet with a light to moderate bitter finish. Unremarkable, but not bad at all for a glutenfree Tripel.

Bottle. Dark honey color with dense, lasting head. Grainy, peppery aroma: paprika, paprika powder, grains, lemon. Overall metallic sensation as well. Taste starts sweet, paprika returns. Rocket salad bitterness. Slightly creamy development. Slightly dry aftertaste. Nothing wrong with this one.

Iznogud (1318) - CROATIA - APR 24, 2015
Bottle, 330 ml from Svijet Piva, Zagreb. Pours hazy golden with medium white head. Malty sweet, light fruit, yeast and spices. Not bad.

Caramel malt, floral hops with light citrus, dough. Brownish, cloudy, frothy head. Medium bitter and sour, medium body, lively carbonation, long finish. Honestly good gluten free triple beer.

0.7 bottle bought at Svijet piva, Zagreb. Shared with Anja and Dražen at Kinoklub Zagreb, during the film. Dark yellow, completely clear, white head diminishes, but leaves a lacing. Light aroma, fermented figs, strawberry, candy. To sweet, metallic taste, you can feel the alcohol. Gummy mouth feel, sweet, lingering taste, not very tasty. Could be worse, since I bought it just because it was on a discount. "A bit stronger bread!"

Bottle. Pours dark yellow with a big bubblelin head. Is surprisly ok. Crispy with high corbonation. Earthy and yeasty. Not a fan but I guess is a fantastic gluten free beer. Well done

heavy (2270) - Split, CROATIA - MAR 26, 2015
Aug ’14. The last of their gluten free beers from Bio Bio store in Split, shared with Marko. A 0.33 l bottle poured hazy pale yellow body with a quite big head. I found some lemon, orange, some tropical fruit and biscuit notes in its aroma. Flavor was also sweet, like the previous two, but much less, spiced up with mild herbal and orange bitterness. Medium bodied. A metallic note in otherwise pleasant, moderately long mildly sweet finish. By far my favorite of the 3, this was actually a pleasant brew, although still nothing special considering the style.

Bottle @ De Stokerij, Gent. Golden colour, creamy white foam. Well balanced beer. Fruity with light notes of banana, also some peach. Malty body. Bitter finish. Well done for a gluten free beer!

33 cl bottle at home. Yep, it’s blonde (like I was expecting anything else!). As with others in this range, a superbly clear pour, a thin head though. I really can’t detect an aroma, perhaps it’s me! I like the way this beer avoids overt sweetness like many other tripels and has a good balance of grain and bitterness. It is low in carbonation, has the thin mouthfeel I have associated with Brunehaut but has a really rather pleasant dry finish. Not bad.
