3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 fiulijn (10383) - Como, ITALY - SEP 10, 2002
Pale yellow colour, bright, exaggerated head, turbulent perlage; nice lace. Pleasant aroma, sweet; white sugar, kiwis, soap, lily, citrus fruits. The first impact is dry, but gets smoother and lightly sweeter just after; fruity, citrus; some astringency remains till the finish. Bitter palate, stronger than the average witbier. Straight, but one of the most enjoyable and drinkable examples of the style.

Cloudy light yellow. Somewhat perfumey and lightly marshmallowy aroma. Malt-accented with a spicy, peppery hop finish. Good balance.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 harrisoni (10070) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - SEP 20, 2008
Bottle from Dranken Geers. Hazy gold, thickish white head. It’s a wit, but not a very good one. Too thin in the mouth, too soapy, too metallic. Some tangerine flavour. It’s not awful, but not very pleasing either.
2.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 TBone (9414) - Pori, FINLAND - APR 17, 2008
Bottled (BB 06/2010)
Yellow-golden color, slightly hazy, small white head. Light citrusy-yeasty aroma. Crisp, foamy mouthfeel. Light. Orange, light coriander in the flavor. It’s fruity witbier, but way too watery. It’s not so bad beer, but just not much going on here.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 faroeviking (8805) - HAITI - OCT 8, 2007
Bottle. Pours a muddy golden colour with a medium rather short lasting white head. Sourish, wheaty aroma with a bit of citrus and coriander. Soft wheaty rather weak flavour with some spices and citrus. Thanks Jesper.
