Flavour is yeast, raisins, alcohol and dark dry fruits. fiulijn (6110), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Mar 18, 2008 Bottle at Delirium Café, Göteborg
Dark chestnut color. It’s a quite basic Belgian Dubbel, based on caramel from the aroma through the flavor to the final, and with very limited bitterness to balance it; the yeast leaves an impression of ripe apples. Not bad, but a full glass is almost too much.
