Big offwhite coarseish head. Hazy amber body. Fruity yeasty malty aroma. Sharpish peppery fruity taste with dusty yeasty soft metal notes. Thin mouthfeel. Dryish fruity peppery aftertaste. Not bad. (0.33l bottle, wine monopoly, Oslo.)

Bottle. (As Ambree Biologique) It pours a fingerthick dense off-white head over a slightly hazy orange to amber body. Lots of carbonation going on. Dried fruits and caramel starts the aroma, followed by some fresh fruits. There’s also a touch of fruits. Effervescent, full-bodied mouthfeel with flavors of dried fruits, caramel, white sugar, some fresh fruits and a fine bitterness balancing the sweetness nicely. I would have liked a less anonymous beer, but at least it’s easy to drink and without flaws. And it also looks nice when all is drank, with lacings clinging to the glass. (081222)

Bottle, october 08. Hazy amber golden color with a medium, bubbly white head and effervescent carb. Aroma is phenols with some spicy notes. A bit of solvent but not agressive. Spicy, fruity flavor with some phenollic yeasty notes. Quite bland. Neutral. Medium to light mouthfeel, too fizzy and with an abrupt and dry finish. Almost no aftertaste. Ok, rather boring belgian ale.

330 ml bottle. Fluffy medium-sized white head. Foggy, well carbonated brownish amber body. Crisp fruits and caramellish malts in the aroma. Notes of mild spices and yeast. Taste is dry malts with light acidic fruit tones. Supported by more mild spices along with some quite stale bittering hops. Body is a bit underweight, but the beer goes well down though...

Bottled. Hazy deep ambery/coppery colour with mediumsized off-white foamy head. Aroma is caramel malts, mild yeast and also some slight notes of wood. Flavour is caramel malts, fruits, mild spices and some mild yeastyness. Slightly acidic wooden notes.
