Bottle 25cl, a dark amber beer with good head. Nose is caramel and chocolate like. Aroma is slightly vinous with spices notes such as cardamom, caramel and toasted malt notes, finish is a bit astringent. Near to several quadruple beers, dark candy sugar aroma. Light hopy notes at the finish.

Bottle, bought @ Bier Tempel, Brussels.
Deep burgundy with a big, bubbly, off-white head that settles as a thin, creamy film. Fine malty aroma, biscuit, caramel, figs and raisins. Light red apples. Medium to high carbonation, fairly light mouthfeel, fine light dryness. Flavour has mild rubber, caramel, figs and raisins. Mild bitterness with a floral touch. Not particularly vinious for the 9 %. Fine beer.

Somehow red-brown coloured. Lightly malty-sour smell. Some bread and fruits inside. Not a bad smell at all. Bready taste, a bit dry. Caramel and some fruits. Pretty sweet, better then expected.
