Cask - The Brunswick Inn, Derby. Poured a clear copper-amber with a lasting, off-white bubbly head. Perfumey, floral, (summer) fruity aromas. Again some of that perfumey fruity sweetness on the tongue, aromatic mid-fruits, some light tang and a hint of caramel sweetness with a roasted malt bitterness in the end. Light to medium body, soft to medium carbonation and a short finish.

From cask at Brunswick Inn. Aroma is roasted malty and caramelish. Roasted malty and caramelish flavoured. Mild bitter to a slight dry and caramelish base. Ends medium dry and malty.

Cask at the Hobgoblin, Reading. Amber with a dense cream head; fruity malt aroma; interestingly spicy flavour with ginger and pepper over full fruity malts; dry finish. Unusual to find a Brunswick beer so far from home.
