A well bittered, mineral, evolutive ale that has a crunchy, bready backbone with a certain caramelly twist. This ensemble is completed by moderate, but growing and efficient floral, earthy golding hops. Growing bitterness, finely balanced. A fresh and pleasant assemblage.
