Cask (handpump), Brunswick, Derby. Named in honour of Dave Parsons who died in 2007; an-ex railwayman, he’d shout ’Steam Forever!’ when he came into the bar. A solid, no-nonsense bitter, dark brown body with scant head, like Second Brew with heavier hops.

Cask conditioned - handpump - Brunswick, Derby. A brown beer with a small off-white head. The aroma is fruity and malty as is the taste. Hints of toffee. Tastes like an old fashioned English bitter with earthy hops.
