COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
You won't find this beauty at just any bar stool. Our Blonde has a light nutty aroma with just a hint of spiciness. Take a sip. Notice that sweet toasty flavor? That's from the special malts we use. The spicy dry finish comes from a unique American hops known as Liberty. This isn't a heavy blonde — it's a delicate match of hops and malt. With its clean lager-like finish, you can have a lot of Blondes. A great beer with white pies or for those who like to get around (the dance floor). 107 cal/12oz.

On the light side, but fairly clean. Has markings of a session beer if you’re looking for something refreshing. Finishes off a little sour.

Tap. Pours clear dark yellow with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with spare lacing. Aroma is toasted Pils malt and light vanilla notes. Flavor is malt dominant with a dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation.

Easy to put down a couple pitchers of this one. On draft at brewery. Paired well with pizza.

Pours pale golden with small fizzy head. Grainy with a strong caramel sweetness. Malty flavor, but kind of skunky. Not very crisp and sort of muttled. Hoped for a blonde to be a little more refreshing.

(Draught) Pours a clear pale yellow with a small off-white head. Aroma of honeycomb, toasted grain, and nuts. Flavor of toasted grain, cereal, grass, subtle honey, and delicate florals.

My Bottom Line:
Toasted and caramelized cereals overcome the herbal hops and their bitterness in this easygoing Blonde Ale.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A ring of foam circles the nearly clear gold.
-While the first half of the sip is pretty sweet, the second half can be said to be well dried out.
-Once again, the nose is very timid and not enticing.
-All of their beers had a level of sweetness that is not necessary in session ales of the sort they brew.

On tap at the brewpub.

On tap at the BruRoom Brew Pub. Poured a lighter golden color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas and tastes of grains, citrus and a matly sweetness. LIght lacing left on the glass.

The best thing about this beer is its amusing commercial description. The beer itself is unremarkable and weak. I do like the toasted quality, although it’s merely a hint. You get a lot of it in the first taste, but as you have more it disappears. There is no complexity to this beer--much like all the beers to come out of this brewery. I am disappointed.
