UPDATED: OCT 28, 2015 Heerlijk bloemig aroma. Fris en fruitig op de tong met het bittere van de hop. Ondanks de "maar" 6,5 ABV een bier met pit. Afdronk is warm in de keel. Drinkt heerlijk lekker weg. Zó hoort een IPA te zijn. Héérlijk !!!

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, deep golden colour with huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Herbal spicy, floral, grassy hoppy aroma, hints of mirabelle, fresh mowed hay. Taste is dry, bitter herbal hoppy, minimally tart, hints of brine, a peppery touch, fruity undertones, hints of unripe peach. Very Belgian IPA; indeed not really distinguishable from a "gentrified", hoppy "PoMo" Saison.

UPDATED: OCT 12, 2015 Huge frothy white head with good retention. Foggy pale yellow. Aroma has is Belgian yeast. Flavour has sourness dominance, with acidity, malty, fresh, but not hoppy. Long sour and acid aftertaste. light body, medium watery palate with very high carbonation. Too much acid and sour and too little hoppy to be an IPA, even a ’Belgian’ one.

A murky golden ale with a thick frothy and lacing off white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with herbaceous floral hops, light citrus nice. In mouth, a big wallop or resinous herbaceous hops, wild and fruity, light pink grapefruit, refreshing, light Brett dryness, excellent. Bottle from Le Bon Marché in Paris, April 2015.

Bottled (backlog). Hazy orangeish pale brown colour with a mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is mild herbal notes along with some spruce, honey, citrus and mild sugary notes. Flavour is quite similar, but also has some mild nectary and mild wooden notes to it.
