Bottled (backlog). Hazy orangeish pale brown colour with a mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is mild herbal notes along with some spruce, honey, citrus and mild sugary notes. Flavour is quite similar, but also has some mild nectary and mild wooden notes to it.

Aroma is citrus, resin, floral, saison yeast clearly present (for me this is a hoppy saison, not an IPA) - Taste is cloves, citrus, pepper, slightly sour in the end. Medium bitter and medium long finish. Ok beer, but i dislike the use of saison yeast, as it is too present and too fullsome after a while. I remember the first batch from tap being WAAAAY more hoppy aromatically and in taste than this here (i think they went back and forth between bio ingredients)

Douberd (4630) - Arnhem, NETHERLANDS - AUG 21, 2015
(Brussels Beer Project Delta) Bottle 330 ml at home, served into a teku, ABV 6.5% Bright orange goldeb colour on the body, clear, with lots of activity in it and a huge and soapy white head on top, with very good retention. Aroma of citrus combined with peaches and apricots, some floral notes and light funk. Taste begins slightly sweet with a mild bitterness on the finish, and flavours of fruits, with peaches, apricot, some tangerine. Medium thin body, good carbonation and a very dry palate. Very good.

(On tap @ PiBar, Lausanne, Aug 11 2015) Pours hazy dark gold with a smallish white head and lace. Aroma is yeasty, bready malts with some sweetness, wet and grassy vegetation, some sweetish banana esters, spicy peppery notes, phenolic, a bit of pit fruit, berries and some citrus pith. Flavour is equally all over the board, bready yeast/malt combo, fresh grassy hops, grapefruit, flowers, jumbled up fruit bowl, sweet estery notes, peppery bitterness. Don’t quite know what to make of it, fairly dry but still definitely Belgian. Average body and high carb. Alright but I had half a pint and that was more than enough, not my style of Belgian IPA.

Bottle from Vinmonopolet’s BU. Gold to light amber body. Lots of frothy, white head. Banana and ester, almost cloying, nose. Pepper and cloves. Sweet with some bitterness. Medium to high amount of fizzy carbonation. Medium body. A bit warming. Fruity. Pineapple, apricot, pine, some malt flavour. Some peach. Pepper, cloves. Feels a bit all over the place.

ClubGonzo (5358) - Bergen, NORWAY - AUG 3, 2015
Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy light amber body with a humongous cloudy white head. When it finally fades, I get a whiff of red berries, apricot, banana, caramel, bread dough, wet grass and hints of pine and grapefruit. Taste is pale malts, pine, wet grass, bread dough, apricot and hints of pineapple, grapefruit and apricot. Medium body, high carbonation. Not bad for a Belgian-style IPA, which I am normally not a big fan of; fresh and fruity and with a balanced bitterness.

330 ml bottle at home. Pours clear golden yellow with a soapy small head. Aroma is... freshly diced onion rings... whut? Yes, onion rings... fresh... aside the citric hops. Light and quite spicy body (mèh). Taste; hmmm onion coming back, with pungent resin hops. Not my thing. A bit unbalanced.
