Nouvelle bière sortie dans la jungle belge avec une couleur magnifique. Légèrement fruitée au début, elle se termine avec une petite amertume intéressante. Fines bulles très appréciées, hodeure bonne et gout pas trop complexe.

Really nice orange color, quite foggy due to second fermentation yeast. Nos is typical of IPA with Exotic fruits and very open. Taste is according to nose and not too bitter with a nice second mouth. A very good IPA with the roudness of Belgium beer, really worth to try.

Bottle of 25 cl. One very very good floral hop beer. I prefer it to the Duvel Triple Hop. Good aroma, beautiful appearance. The palate is strong, as the taste. Try it and love it ! Cheers !

Lange droge afdronk.

33cl bottle, organic. Appearance: Thick white creamy head, quite stable. Dark gold/orange, hazy. Aroma: Big burst of hoppy tropical fruits in the nose, with slight notes of hay and fruity esters coming through later on. Very light yeast notes, unlike some Belgian IPAs. Taste: Quite bitter, perception of bitterness possibly enhanced by relatively low ABV. Very clean and relatively long bitterness. Quite dry as well. Palate: light body but slightly oily/sticky so not watery. Well carbonated. Bottom line: a true bold IPA, though quite smooth and drinkable. Really breaks free from the Belgian IPA archetype, though it retains a certain distinct character.

Courtesy of Karol Kolčár - @Bistro Moje, thanks a lot :) From 0,33l bottle. BBD: 07.2015 Pours nice golden to orange liquid, big frtohy white/cream head - medium bubbles. Aroma: citrus, resin, candied fruits, yeast, light cherry, Taste: medium sweet, medium to heavy bitter, light to medium sour. citrus, yeast, resin, light cherry, sweet and bitter. Palate: Medium to full body, oily texture, long bitter and fruity finish. Overall: excellent beer, but reminds me more the Belgian Strong Ale Style than IPA. Very intensive presence of yeast, fruity, interesting and relaxing hoppy beer.

Bottle from Drinkmonger. Hazy golden body with a massive white head. Lively carbonation. Nice lacing. Aroma of dusty yeast, lemon, dirt and mandarin. Flavour of orange sherbet and lemon. Very dry and bitter. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Soft fizz. An excellent IPA - big on the bitterness. Reminds me of The Cone by Top Out.

33cl bottle. Cloudy orange with medium head. NOSE : striking with fresh citrus zest, grapefruit, pomelo, pine, soap, passion fruit, tart. SIP : medium body with decent carbonation. Creamy texture. The beer has a sweet tart flavor on the start. After not even an instant all the fruit aromas come to life in quite violent way similar to US IPAs. Fruit aromas reveal bitter grapefruit seed like feeling. Still the sweetness is well present and making this beer well balanced. The bitterness is quite mild for this style. OVERALL : really tasty and refreshing. Even though there might be some better IPA references but this one is still a great enjoyment. Can’t wait to see what this new and local brewery will come up with next.
