2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Marko (3115) - Split, - JUN 28, 2007
Bottle at the Hopdevil. Poured a nice red colour with a big pinkish fluffy but thick head. The nose is... raspberries and dust... ok, but too dusty for its own good. The taste is weak, goes away fast, with some raspberries, and some funkiness and sulphury egginess that I really didn’t expect here. The closest to a lambic of the Brussels series. Not as assertively sweet as I reckoned it would be, but not all too pleasant. The best of the three I guess... or at least as "good" as the peach one and still far from impressive.

Pink. Raspberry. Gay. Not much to it. (This beer rating was imported from FB and unfortunately lacks any further comments.)
3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 jgb9348 (3492) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - FEB 12, 2011
Muddy brown coloured body with a fast-dying off-white head and no movement detected. Aroma of strong sweet raspberries, a touch of tartness, some light malt and a sliver of alcohol - mostly sweet though. Medium-bodied; Assertive effervescence with a linering acidic and sour note - potent and strong. Great sweet flavour with some grassy and herbal notes, a touch of icing sugar and a very potent raspberry flavour that cannot be missed. Overall, a surprisingly good (given the rating) framboise fruit beer that I would actually sample again, that is, if I could find it on this side of the pond. I sampled this 25 cL bottle purchased at Beer Mania in Bruxelles, Belgium on 17-November-2008, sampled at home on 11-February-2011 in Washington.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 yngwie (9177) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JUN 20, 2010
Bottle. A slightly unclear, dark red beer capped by a small off-white pinkish head. Raspberries in the aroma, with lemony hints. Quite sugary. The flavor is sweet, yet very lemony sour, and with a good dash of raspberry candy. Raspberries in the finish. Medium-bodied mouthfeel, both dry and stickysweet. Overall, there’s a nice lemony sourness in it, but it’s too sweet, and there’s actually too much of the lemony sourness, I would like some funk instead. 100106

Bottle, 3.5%. Very distinct raspberry aroma, smells quite sweet, but perhaps also has a little fruity citricity. Clear dark red colour with some brown in it. Big stable pink head. The flavour is very sweet, has a lot of raspberry. Also a good acidic note to balance off the sweetness, which it does not quite do, of course. Could have been a lot worse.

bottle 250ml 2,85€ from S-market EXP 07/11/08 shared 151108 LLBF with FatPhil & Anna color hazy brownish red transparent lively huge head scent:sour rasberry. Taste sour rasberry from first sip pleasant rasberry aroma bit phenols in aftertaste .double sugars melted away (tasted first time summer 2007) now sourness is more demanding but still some sticky sugars left.
Re-rated now extremely huge white head. Scent raspberry sourness dominates. hints of berries left. It is bit over I think
