Apr 28, 2007 Bottle. Cloudy light yellow color with a average fizzy fair lacing mostly lasting white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, light soap / fruit sourness. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Very refreshing and nice.

Dec 26, 2006 An unclear greenish yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of apples and wheat - and so is the flavor. Good for refreshment, but not much more.

Sep 10, 2006 Lemon coloured body with large white head. Initial whiff out of the bottle was of apples. Sherbet also in the taste, refreshing, effervescent, light in body, low in alcohol, but I don’t think I could drink many of these.

Aug 26, 2006 White head on a yellow body. It is ifficult to decide whether this drink is beer or cider. I had tried "ciderbeer" before, from France (Bretagne), but this is different. I woukl recommend this brew for a hot sommer day. It’s very refreshing and so low in alcohol that it can’t be intoxicting. A very nice experience, but I would’nt call it a beer in the usual sense.
