Slightly sugared and brewed on the basis of wheat beer and 100% natural fruit juice, it gives off a delicious taste of fruit which makes the happiness of the people of Brussels. 330ml Bottle - Red with a pinkish white head. Sweet and perfumed aroma with notes of red berries standing out. Sweet taste with berries and a slightly bitter element. Refreshing, but more like a soft drink.

Tasting from way back in 2007.
A candi-apple, musky red in colour just shy of bright, with a creamy pinkish hued dollop on top. Head is well retained with a fine lace. Releases but a light breath of ripe berries, maybe a little wheat. Quite smooth and creamy in mouthfeel, very light in body. Sweet fruit sugars, summer mix of concetrated berry juice, a little lime zest and sweet pear drops give a candyish effect. Dusty wheat and pale malt lingers in the swallow. Not much else here. A little bit effeminate for me. At least it is quite a refreshing glass of fruit juice! (33cL, 4.3% ABV, BB 14/07/07, Int’l Beer Store, W. Leederville)

330 ml bottle. Red amber colour. Cloudy. Medium-sized pinkish white head that clings to the glass. Soft fruity aroma. Red berries indeed. Light acidic body. Quite refreshing, but this is more like a soda than a beer. Dull, but refreshing.

0.33 L bottle, picked up @Jacobs, Oslo. Tall red-shaded blond head. Body is hazed, deep orangey red. Smells jusy like Bassett’s soft chewing candy with an acidic touch to it. Taste is sappy-fruity with some ascorbine-acids added. Light and sticky in the mouth. A soda-pop disguised as a beer. Yucky!
