Think about it. If nothing wasn’t here to keep things apart, everything would be one big, stressfull, balled up, messy thing. Probably boring too. Which is why pausing to enjoy nothing is a very good thing. With Hale to Nothing, of course. There’s nothing artificial or phoney in it. Only good stuff. Like organic malted barley and hops that give this ale its own, individual refreshing taste. We think that’s something special. So relax. Enjoy. Nothing in particular We use echological Pilsener- and Munchenermalt. For hops, we use echological Perle plus Centennial and Fuggles. It has a flavoury taste with a slightly hint of citrus. Hale is somewhat malty and well balanced.

Not much aroma. Some hoppy flavour. For beeing a Spendrups beer, it is not too bad.

0.33 L bottle from Systembolaget, Charlottenberg. Clear pure golden. Low lacing white top. Light grainy malt aroma with some strange fruit notes reminiscent of lemon candy. Sparkling mouthfeel. Healthy body for a 4.5% beer. Slightly sourish-sweet and otherwise neutral malt flavor. And again, a kind of artificial lemony fruit flavor. Some bitterness in short finish. Not for me, this one.

Blond beer with a small white head. Weak malty aroma. Light hoppy flavor with hints of citrus. Light bitter aftertaste. Not a great beer.

Strange beer that tastes like water but there’s a little taste of bread that are still hanging on the end of my tongue. Smelling minimal. The world poem easy to drink but not too good either. This beer could I imagine myself to drink that last beer for the evening. A friend of mine said it was undrinkable, but I do not entirely agree with him. It is possible to drink but no more.

Not much going on here. Mild aromas and flavors of honey, floral hops, and bread. Looks like a pale lager, mouthfeel is thin. This is basically a pale lager with a few extra hops added. Very slight bitterness.

Clear golden color, small white head. Very papery, harsh aroma. Light-bodied. Light ryeish bready maltyness and hops. Sticky harsh finish. Mostly typical Spendrups product with few extra hops. Tastes much more like a lager than an ale.
