Think about it. If nothing wasn’t here to keep things apart, everything would be one big, stressfull, balled up, messy thing. Probably boring too. Which is why pausing to enjoy nothing is a very good thing. With Hale to Nothing, of course. There’s nothing artificial or phoney in it. Only good stuff. Like organic malted barley and hops that give this ale its own, individual refreshing taste. We think that’s something special. So relax. Enjoy. Nothing in particular We use echological Pilsener- and Munchenermalt. For hops, we use echological Perle plus Centennial and Fuggles. It has a flavoury taste with a slightly hint of citrus. Hale is somewhat malty and well balanced.

33cl bottle from Systembolaget. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma of malt and hops with a hint of caramel. Light body, quite bitter and slightly watery. Ok, but nothing to write home about. Bitter and refreshing.

33 cl bottle from Systembolaget. BB 01 MAR 20013, sampled on June 22, 2012
Clear amber color, big lasting cream colored head. Malty sweet, fruity wild strawberries, somewhat lactic and metallic scent, a bit candy like.
Inte helt oäven.
Fairly dry, herbal, to the bitter side, hints of acidicy due to lack ot residual sweetness, a tiny hint of malt, mainly minerals and a tocuh of metallic taste. Aftertaste goes to minerals and bitterness, though also a little bit fruity and estery.
Also some sand and wet stones, like falling face first with an open mouth onto the wet beach when getting out of the ocean in the northern Swedish archipelago with its brackish water.
Medium to medium thin mouthfeel, fairly high dry a bit harsh bitterness.
All in all an OK beer, better than many (most?) Swedish macro brewery beers in the pale lager class that is so popular. Still clean enough to probably be enjoyed by the "masses" as well.

Lovely golden colour with quickly dissipating head. Nice for a quick drink, but not that complex.

330 ml bottle. Crystal clear golden colour. Medium-sized white fine-laced head. Soft malty nose with grassy hops. Crisp bitter flavours with a grainy malty background. Quite bitter and very refreshing. Reminds me a little of a pilsener, with just a little more fruity notes.

Bottle, bought @ Systembolaget, Hyltebruk.
Nice clear copper with a medium, frothy, off-white head. Aroma is sweet, yeast, esters, caramel, honey, floral hoppiness. Medium to high carbonation, dry and yeah dry mouthfeel. Flavour starts metallic bitter, then adds some mild malty sweetness, floral and grassy. Very sharp and unbalanced.
