COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Think about it. If nothing wasn’t here to keep things apart, everything would be one big, stressfull, balled up, messy thing. Probably boring too. Which is why pausing to enjoy nothing is a very good thing. With Hale to Nothing, of course. There’s nothing artificial or phoney in it. Only good stuff. Like organic malted barley and hops that give this ale its own, individual refreshing taste. We think that’s something special. So relax. Enjoy. Nothing in particular We use echological Pilsener- and Munchenermalt. For hops, we use echological Perle plus Centennial and Fuggles. It has a flavoury taste with a slightly hint of citrus. Hale is somewhat malty and well balanced.

Golden colour with a white head. Hoppy nose. Hoppy and grassy flavour. But also a bit thin, close to call it waterish.
[Bottle from Systembolaget in Strömstad, Sweden]

From a 33 cl bottle at home in Skövde. Golden clear beer wit an offwhite head. A bit hoppy thin aroma. A bit spicy flavour. Not a nice beer at all.

Lite gräsig doft. Smaken är väl ok med tydlelig gräs och en viss beska. Helt ok matöl. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from systembolaget. Artificially sweet smell, like candy. Very bitter taste, aggresive and harsh bitterness that isn’t enjoyable at all. It lacks malts and hops to backup the intense bitterness and the result is an extremely unbalanced beer that is very hard to drink. I got about half of my bottle down before giving up.

Bottled. Pours golden with a small white head. Smells almost nothing, malty if you have imagnation. Tastes grassy hoppy and very bitter with a similar finish.

Sweet and vaguely metallic malt aroma with hints of grassy hops and some citrus and tangy fruits. Thin malt flavor with a dry and harsh hop bitterness in the aftertaste. Not a particularly good beer, but certainly not disgusting. Works probably best ice cold a hot summer day!

Bottle from systembolaget, at home. Helsingborg, April 2012.
Hoppy but slightly metallic aromas, some malt, quite dull and simple but still not bad. Taste with some hops, pretty malt forwarded. Rough carbonation. Slightly bitter. Works as a thirst quencher but that’s it...

Bottled from Systembolaget Golden with a small, soapy head. Metallic aroma with some citric hops; white grapes. To high on carbonation. Medium bitterness. Some notes of citric Centennials, but not enough and with a metallic aftertaste.
