COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Think about it. If nothing wasn’t here to keep things apart, everything would be one big, stressfull, balled up, messy thing. Probably boring too. Which is why pausing to enjoy nothing is a very good thing. With Hale to Nothing, of course. There’s nothing artificial or phoney in it. Only good stuff. Like organic malted barley and hops that give this ale its own, individual refreshing taste. We think that’s something special. So relax. Enjoy. Nothing in particular We use echological Pilsener- and Munchenermalt. For hops, we use echological Perle plus Centennial and Fuggles. It has a flavoury taste with a slightly hint of citrus. Hale is somewhat malty and well balanced.

Too much carbonation destroys the impression and affect the mouthfeel in a negative way. The flavors are not quite up with the nice hop bitterness and then a distinctly annoying sourness in the aftertaste.

Pours pale straw, some minimal head. Tastes like pilsner, some bitterness of hops, and a slight hint of citrus. Okay but too bland for me.

Offcourse a bottle from the systembolaget in Stockholm, cooled in a hotelroom cocktailbar fridge. It looked nice and promising, placed in between the ipas and tripple. Nice top when poured, although it disappeared quite soon but that might have been the hotel wine glass. A tastefull little too hoppy afrertaste, I like an IPA full of hop but this doesnt fit the taste of the pilsner like beer. Smells really good somewhat fruity hops. First zips had typical cardboard-like, muffy bite, hence my rating. Have to say the last few zips were much better probably because the aftertaste now has fully taken over my taste and i am now expecting the worst.

Minimal head, good malty and hoppy aroma. Little flowers both in taste and aroma. Taste is good and bitterness in finish is making this bear really enjoyable.

Glass bottle. Well, taste is very strong, aftertaste stay for a good while. Just like porter, b?t a lot linger.

Dark golden with a white head - good malt and a nice hop aroma - good malt body with a nice hop bitterness with some ctirus as well - lasting dry hop bitterness in the finish - this was good and a nice surprice

330 ml bottle, rated from backlog. Aroma and taste is almost like a lager, pretty pointless with a fitting name.

The official description says it all really. I’m quite partial to this more lager than pale ale tasting beer. Nothing offensive, nothing special and nothing sweet. It’s dry, malty good aroma and a lingering but not unpleasant bitterness.

Brutal brewing says on their website that beer should be fun... This isn´t fun... not a bit..... Its sh-t... read the website a laugh, if the employees are proud of this beer their humor is very, very strange..
