Mild brett notes coming off in the aroma hints of funk. Pours slghtly hazy blonde with a thick white head. Brettanomyces funk upfront with hints of lactic notes, very crisp finish. Excellent!

330ml green bottle. Hazy golden pour, decently foamy white cap. Fruity nose, some apple flesh and pears. Some yeast. Taste has grainy malts, a bit wheaty, some fruitiness mid way, yeasty end, dry with a bit of leafy hops. Light to medium bodied with a light carbonation. Pretty light overall, not very complex. Was not overly impressed in the end. Bruton can do better than this.

Bottle. Pale hazy yellow. Minimal head. Aroma of Belgian yeast and hint of farmhouse. Light dirty yellow ale flavour. Dirty yeasty wheat with a touch of lemon. Not a pleasant drink.

330ml bottle pours a hazy straw color with a finger of white head and leaves some decent lacing behind. Aroma is grainy with a hint of citrus. Taste is mostly citrus with a light sweetness and a lingering bitterness. A decent enough representation of the style but there are much better ones out there.

Bottle. Purchased a while back at Canal’s in Hamilton NJ. Pours light golden in color with a pale white head. Notes of grass, light fruits, and cereal grains. Very drinkable and light.

Birra chiara, opalescente, di basso tenore alcolico con corpo leggero e carbonazione è media. Schiuma è presente e mediamente persistente. Al naso emergono le note erbacee e floreali tipiche delle varietà nobili dei luppoli tedeschi utilizzati. Birra piacevolmente beverina con un finale leggermente erbacee ed amaricante.

Cloudy glolden color with a fluffy white head. Nice lacing. Aroma is of citrus and malts. Flavor is lightly lemon with some yeast a spices. Fairly well carbonated. Was a pretty nice pick up in the discount rack.

Sampled at Rock n Brews in El Segundo with the brewer present. Pours a light yellow. Wheat taste at first. Then a yuzu flavor hits me. Very wine-like and minerally.

Ho grande stima di questo birrificio, ma ho trovato questa questa Ale bevuta alla spina leggermente deludente. Il colore è a posto, l’aroma erbaceo un pò meno, il corpo un pò scarso anche se molto bevibile.

The lightest colored Bruton product, hazy white-gold with nice white head. Aroma is flowery, with tangy orange and peppery touch. Palate is attractively smooth and creamy, drying towards finish. Flavor settles on interesting notes that swirl with cereal, earthy hops, tangy citrus rind, white pepper. Not too bad, though flavors lose focus towards finish.
