Capped 750 from Bottles & Bins in Monterey, CA. Pours hazy light gold with a 4 finger creamy/frothy white head. Aroma is Belgian yeast esters with hints of herb. Flavor is a bit earthy, citrus, maybe some banana ester, and a lot of floral/herbal hop. It’s quite dry, and hints at being a saison. Nice drink.

A hazy blonde ale with a thin white head. A light malty aroma with light candy sugar, light Belgian hops. In mouth, a boring non-descript ale with corky notes, watery hops, very boring. Bottle at Mondial 2010.

Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival 2009. Yellow/golden color, offwhite head. Smooth malty aroma, some bread, some fruits. Malty bready flavor, discreet but well balanced.

Bottle shared by noodleuser. Pours hazy gold with a large, frothy white head, long retention with good lacing. Aroma is fruity esters, herbal and citrus hops with biscuit malt and earthy, funky yeast. Flavor is malt forward with medium hops and bitterness, fruity esters and medium hops and bitterness with a dry finish. Light body and warmth, heavy carbonation.

Bottle at RBWG. Pours hazy yellow with a fine, white coam head. Dusty pale malts in the nose. Medium sweet flavor, pale malts, hay and straw. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Moderate dry finish, pale and biscuity malts, faint lemon. Tasty stuff. Pleasant dryness, good balance.

Bottle at Chancey Smith. Yeasty aroma, even a bit funky. Above average mouthfeel. Lacey. Some orange taste, but also somewhat wierd spicey tastes, though including some corriander.

Hazy yellow pour with a small off-white head. Sugary nose with strong floral and citrus characteristics. A light tropical note, yeast, coriander, and white pepper. Sweet flavor with some caramel and toasted bread notes. Tropical fruit, orange peel, coriander, white pepper, floral hops, grass, and yeast. Almost a bit Saison-like.

2009-08-27. Hazy pastel yellow with a billowy white head that fades. Ɠ+) Mild aroma, yeast, very mil funky touch. Aroma clean sweet honey, sugary nose, pleasant frontal notes. Some berry hints , nicely rounded.
Appearance pours with gentle haze on golden plain. Bright white top. Sparse lace. 3+
Flavor and Palate : Clean, crisp, some nutty bitterness wit sugars behind. Chewy mid. Refreshing despite being sweet.

750mL thanks to noodleuser. Pours hazy straw with a towering white head. Big retention and webby, soapy lace. Sweeter lemon sorbet nose with pineapple and cantaloupe. Taste is ultra tangy, way over carbonated, minerally, over attenuated. Decent grassy hop buttering with light pineapple sorbet on the palate. Very delicate and nice. Good stuff.
