750mL thanks to noodleuser. Pours hazy straw with a towering white head. Big retention and webby, soapy lace. Sweeter lemon sorbet nose with pineapple and cantaloupe. Taste is ultra tangy, way over carbonated, minerally, over attenuated. Decent grassy hop buttering with light pineapple sorbet on the palate. Very delicate and nice. Good stuff. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bouteille 33cl, grazie Matteo, BB 26/11/2015.

330 ml bottle. Pours a pale gold with light head. Aromas of Belgian yeast and floral hops with light citrus notes. Flavors are similar. Light and smooth. Nothing dramatic, but pleasant

Bottle, not quite a gusher, but this weird column of bubbles rose out of the back like a foamy erection. Carbonation was ridiculous, requiring five stops in the pour to allow settling. Aroma is quite phenolic, plastics in particular, along with yeasty fruit. Pineapple flavour, phenolic yeast, not my thing. Iím certain this beer has been punished along its entire journey from Italy to Canada to beer store, and finally to my face. Oh well.

Bottle: deep golden, cloudy, good thick white head. Very aromatic. Floral, citrus, yeasty, malt and yeast driven. Very clean and complexed. Dry, slightly bitter and sour. Long rich, complexed but so fresh. Great farmhouse style. Elegant but loads of flavor.
