Hazy red color, small steady off-white head. A bit hoppy, fruity, sugary and yeasty aroma. Fruity - Belgian yeasty flavor. Peach, some hops. Finishes to sweetness then ... fades away.

(330ml bottle) Purchased at Vintage Liquors in Victoria for $6.55. Pours a large slow-dissipating almond-colored head atop a deep orange amber body. Nose of spoiled cantaloup and mild cheese. Flavor seems more EPA than APA but there are more hops than in the nose. Okay ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPod; and powered by RateBeer.com, the world’s largest and most accurate beer database.

Floral Brett. notes in the aroma, herbal. Lilith pours a reddish gold with a thick white head. Earthy bitterness upfront in the flavor with caramelized malts and a noticable hop flavor.

Bottle. Best before 31/12/12. Giant head on dark cloudy orange-amber. Dry citrus hop aroma. Flavour is dry woody in the middle and citrus at the back. A hint of yeast gives a Belgian aspect. Ver nice. Just a little dirty.

750ml, best before 31/01/12. Opens with a loud pop and is a bit of a gusher. Pours a dark ruby/copper color with dark amber edges and a three finger, frothy off-white head that takes forever to settle into a lasting ring. Chunks of soapy lacing left behind. Sweet malt aroma with faint floral and earthy hops as well as some light fruit notes. Hints of caramel, toffee and biscuit along with subtle pine needle, apricot and and apple. Medium bodied much more hop forward than the aroma suggests. Slightly oxidized with lots of tight carbonation up front but this is less significant as I work my way through the bottle. Dry, bitter pine presence up front that lingers over the malt backbone into a dry finish. The malt presence is sweet with caramel and hazelnut. Only slightly toasty with more of a biscuity character. Decently balanced but the hop profile is a one dimensional and slightly overpowers the flavor with dry bitterness.

330ml green bottle. Pours dark golden-orange, light haze. Huge white head with impressive clinging foam. Aroma is orangey, some grapefruit, a little spicey with caramel malt beneath. Flavour has more oranges - fruit and peel, caramel base malt with a little sweetness. A bit grainy. Grapefruity hops come in at the end. Tangy, long bitter finish with grapefruity hop aftertastes. Gererously carbonated, body is light to medium. Decent APA.

330ml bottle pours a pale amber color with 3 fingers of white head with some good retention settling to some really nice lacing on side of glass. Aroma is a pleasant bouquet of earthy and floral hops. Taste is a blend of citrus and earthy hop bitterness and an light malty sweetness underneath. A very fine beer with a medium body and some nice carbonation. Highly recommended.

(750ml bottle best by 12/31/11 thanks to bu11zeye) cloudy orange with thick meringue like head. Tan and orange in appearance. Nose is a delicious mix of cinnamon, Belgian yeast, caramel, and pineapple. Smells awesome! Taste of sweet bread, alcohol, caramel, dry finish and great caramel linger. An awesome beer out of Italy once again. Italians are quickly establishing their craft for making awesome beers!
