COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Per palati forti.. non puÚ lasciarvi indifferenti Amber beer inspired by English bitter, and a strong American "cascade" hop, Lilith is clear with light beige, dense and persistent froth. The fresh fruity citrus scent gives it a taste of grapefruit and resin, balanced with appealing candied malts and a bitter final to leave your mouth dry and clean, ready for further sips. An arrogant beer, but also delicate and refreshing.

Actually one of the best American IPAs around in Italy, "Lilith" has grown even stronger in recent years; nose is perfect, soft texture, a little gem.

Keg at La Cantinetta, Rimini. It pours a pale amber color with a large white head. Aroma is a pleasant bouquet of earthy and floral hops. Taste is a blend of citrus and earthy hop bitterness and an light malty sweetness underneath. Medium body with good carbonation. Average.

Just have to laugh at "an arrogant beer". Bottle. Light amber, egg head. Nose of herb, earth, citrus, and honestly a lot more floral than Iím used to from cascade hops, if they hadnít specified the type used in the description Iíd swear they used some noble hops along with the it. Flavour is floral and has some rye-like spiciness in it. Iím a fan of this, wish it wasnít so expensive.

Mini bottle at Maxs. I thought of this as an Italian Amber. Very creamy amber malt, delicate and sessionable. Vanilla tinged cream. Opaque unfiltered orange-brown body, glowing. Steady thick beige head. Quite enjoyable.

05/10/2013 La Tana (tap). Ambrata carica, abbastanza limpida ,schiuma bianco sporca abbondante. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione leggera. Cosž cosž.
