Corpo medio-elevato, carbonazione soft. Forse la migliore della linea Brùton.

Alla spina @ Beer House Club, Firenze. Reddish brown, clear beer, mostly vanishing white head. Very sweet malty aroma and flavour. Belgian yeast. Sticky mouthfeel and quite flat carbonation. Way too sweet for me but at least the flies seem to like it.

Aroma: Very light nose, barely noticeable, with tiny notes of tropical fruits, mandarins, banana, crystallized fruits, red licorice and butter caramel. A very wide and complex palette but too weak. Would have probably given a 9 if it would have been stronger. Visual: Amber, almost copper, slightly hazy. Superb head, thick, creamy and very long lasting. Sticking well on glass but lacing doesn’t hold long. Taste: Attack is full sugar, barley sugar, grain with a slight bitterness as finish; an earthy bitterness. We can find notes of mandarins, orange, caramel. A mostly malted beer with cereal sugars. Pleasant to drink

Kosmokrator (424) - ITALY - JUL 22, 2013

Bottle - 750ml. Superb, cloudy amber/copper body with a good off-white foamy head. Well balanced, fresh malty/hoppy aroma with yeasty, fruity, and spicy hints. Alcohol is well hidden. Its smooth, well balanced taste carries caramel, yeasty, fruity, and some flowery/herbal notes. Ends with a decent, moderately warming bittersweet finish. Very enjoyable.

Tricker (260) - Quebec, CANADA - JUN 28, 2013
