Bottle 75cl. @ IT blindtasting. [ Bottle #15. ]

Clear light medium orange yellow color with a small to average, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, moderate yeasty, spices, coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100612]

Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of spices - primarily coriander, combined with notes of lemon and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of spices, lemon, and wheat, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

Bottle 75 cl. RBESG Rome 2010. Pours a cloudy and opaque yellow - pretty much like a Witbier - with a rough off-white head. Spicy and perfumy nose - coriander indeed. Medium body, tart citrusy fruit, again spices and a dry and somewhat astringent finish with the yeast really coming through. 050610

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is yeasty, slight spiced and mild fruity. Mild fruity, light citrusy and crisp hoppy. Fruity and mild mellow yeasty into a smooth finish. Lasting mellow impression.

Bottled@SBWF2009. Goldeny amber colour, small white head. Aroma is grains, fruits, wood and some mild notes of earth and vegetables. Flavour is fruits, vegetables as well as some nectary and spicy notes.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Cloudy golden, brief head. Fruity nose. Fairly sweet with doughy malt and bubblegum esters. Medium bodied with pleasantly chewy mouthfeel and light peppery alcohol as well as berryish vinous notes.

Bottle at Stockholm Beer and Whisky 2009. Hazy golden coloured wth a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma of spices, yeast and citrus. Sweet and fruity flavour of spices, yeast, citrus and alcohol. Citric and warming alcoholic finish.

Bottle. Mild yeasty aroma, the fat Belgian sort, but not so powerful. Clear golden colour. Almost no head. The flavour is yeasty with some coriander. Quite alcohol. Tastes very Belgian. Nice enough. Quite hoppy, clean bitterness.

Cloudy blond color. Nice hop aroma, perfumy. Sweetish Triple beer, malty, a bit spicy and lightly fruity, just well balanced and pleasant.

with bitter and sweet oranges; coriander; Vienna malt; Northen Brewer and Hersbrucker hops
Hazy golden color; creamy head. The aroma is lightly perfumed, very light fruitness (yellow fruits, says the brewer). Full body, some malt, light orang fruitness, traces of yeast and maybe diacetyl. The bitterness rises at the end. Not bad. The sweetness is pleasant. Rough as the others.

Clear golden with no head. Sweet fruity aroma with yeasty and malty notes. Sweet and fruity flavour with yeasty hints. Finished sweet.
