3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle - 750ml. Hazy brown body with a thin beige foamy head. Strong, complex malty/hoppy aroma with brown sugar, spicy, and cinnamon hints. Taste is quite decent, but not as robust as the aroma. It carries spicy, woody, and brown sugar notes. Ends with a good bittersweet finish. Enjoyable Christmas beer.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle courtesy of Jimmay. Deep dark cola brown with a puffy off white foam. This beer has an interesting earthy and spicy nose with some notes of dark bread. I get lavender, ginger, and chestnut with wet autumn leaves. Tastes sweet, but not malty, and more spicy and earthy again. Honey, ginger, maple syrup and bread crust. But the beer isnít necessarily sweet either. Very strange little beer but enjoyable. Medium bodied with a chestnut finish. Thanks Drew!

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
750 ml bottle. Pours a dark brown/mahogany with full head. Aromas of toffee, cola, roasted malts and honey. Flavors of caramel, dark fruit, licorice, and spice. Very similar to a Belgian Abbey style though a little lighter and smoother.

3.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20

Pours a dark copper brown. A nice aroma of sweet honey and light spice. The Flavour has a slick sweetness from the honey with a little caramel and a mild spice in the body. Easy to drink and very enjoyabler
