On tap at the brewpub. Pours a gorgeous shade of red with a trim tan head. Smells of tart cherries that sweeten in the flavor alongside notes of toasted malts and faint hops. Has an almost syruppy mouthfeel. I thought quite a bit about mixing this with the chocolate stout, but decided against it since I didn’t want to ruin the flavor on a gamble. Good stuff.
