Not full bodied at all. Definite sugary-sweetness in the flavour, a little too much. The Honey Brown is preferable.

(printemps 2006)

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is light cornish and light malty. Light cornish, mild grassy and light hoppy. Bitter and dry into a crisp hoppy finish.

on tap at brewpub. clear pale yellow, almost golden with an ok-head. aroma of sweet malts along with dry herbal bittering hops. light honey - funny how honey seemed so present in their honey brown (mix of honey ale and their nut brown ale). light body, rather strong carbonation. meh.

Draught at the brewpub as Biére au miel. Buttery aroma. Seemingly hazy dark golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is slightly sweet with a rough bitterness in the finish.

I had this on tap at Brutopia. My wife REALLY liked this beer and made me go back to have it again and again (I had no complaints). It has a sweet malt honey flavor and aroma. No hops flavor. It poured a light amber with a small white head. I thought it was just OK but I’m not much of a honey person.
