Draught. Dark brown with a ruby tinge and a small white ring of head. Smells like chocolate and raisins. Tastes of sour malt and coffee bitterness but didn’t seem put together too nicely at some points through the journey.

Coffee and cocoa aroma, deep brown, red at the edges, tiny toffee head. Coffee flavour, hint of chocolate. Light bodied, moderately bitter. Average.

On tap.Dark, almost black porter, smallish fine top. Brown roast, light fruity character. Roasty flavours, medium dark grains, slightly woody.

UPDATED: AUG 9, 2007 Bu en janvier dernier, elle doit être nouvelle, car elle n’est même pas sur leur site. Elle est amère, mais agréable. Un bon goût de malt roti avec un légé arome de cacao. Une belle petite création de Brutopia.
