Aug 25, 2009 3.7.09 Bruuveri on tap. Deliciously strong flavored. bitter and fresh and vivid. pale but dark yellow hazy with a medium sized white head. VERY nice.

Jul 1, 2009 Draught (500 ml) at Bruuveri, Helsinki, Finland. Hazy yellow-orange colour with large white head. Flavour is orange, lemon, caramel, coriander and some spices. Sweetish caramel and bitter hoppiness in flavour. Very interesting and enjoyable summer brew. Some notes of Weizenbock.

Hazy yelllow color, small steady creamy white head. Wheaty, bubblegummy nose with strange plastic note. Zesty mouthfeel, medium-bodied. Tickling hoppyness, dry, almost tart with yeast, lemon, aspargus and green apple. Strange combination of witbier (although this beer has no wheat in it, just brewed with weizen yeast) and bitter. Unbalanced ... but at least interesting!

Jun 26, 2009 (Draught@Bruuveri) Very hazy yellow with a medium, lacy head. Weizen-lemony, fresh and crisp aroma. Flavor is yeasty, lemony-fruity, somewhat stuffy with quite high, mouthdrying bitterness in the finish. Light to medium body, medium carbonation. Could be a fresh summer drink, but the unpleasant, harsh bitterness spoils the enjoyment somewhat. Also has some unclean, vegetably notes.

Jun 18, 2009 (Draught at the brewpub on 2009-06-16) Yellow and cloudy. Dense small white head. Fruitiness and coriander in aroma. Light to medium bodied with quite high carbonation. Fruitiness, coriander, grass, light sweetness, yeast and bitterness in taste. Fruity and bitter aftertaste.

Slightly hazy straw colour. Crisp wheaty aroma, a touch of citrus and banana. Lively palate. Unusual wheat beer - plenty of bitter hops and grapefruit rind. No hint of 6.3%. Long very dry bitter finish. Not a quaffer wheat, but an interesting beer nonetheless.

Jun 8, 2009 Cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma had yeast with hops and hints of banana. Flavour was quite hoppy with yeast, wheat and banana notes. Finished fairly bitter. Not bad

Jun 4, 2009 Draught 0.25L glass tasted at Bruuveri. Slightly hazy pale yellow a bit of orange colour. Not very foaming. Slightly bubblegum like nose. Fruity bublegum like taste with some hints of apple. quite spicy. Hoppiness at end.
