3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
From notes: Poured hazy straw color with a touch of orange and a small, thin off-white head that was gone quickly. Aroma is lemony and grassy with a notable sourness. Full body, a touch syrupy, with an earthy dryness in the finish from the Brett. Lemony citrus flavor mixed with an earthy tartness and a mild grassy note beneath.

Bottle to wine glass. Subtle sour aroma with slight malt and restrained flowal hops. Clear, slightly dark gold with white head. Apple and sour taste with very dry finish.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a lovely, hazy, bubbly golden amber with a fairly thick pale golden-tan head that quickly vanishes. Aroma is strong and fruity, more like a cider than an ale, but has a malty undertone. Malty flavor has a firm fruity note, mainly apple with hints of pear and banana, and just a hint of horehound. Texture is very fizzy, though a bit on the watery side. Finish is none too strong. Overall, not too shabby. Can you tame this one?

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Perhaps my expectations were too high? Aroma and appearance both of the beer and the bottle are high points. The taste was very tangy so much so that I switched to Resling after drinking it.

Pours a golden colour with large white frothy head.Lemon, green apple, hay and some maltiness in the aroma which all come through in the taste. The barnyard notes are more pronounced in the taste making an interesting and tasty brew.Would be nice to try again after a few years in the cellar but so many beers out there to sample this probaly wont happen.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Serving: 750 ml. bottle from State Line Liquors. It pours a light gold color with a sizable white head. The nose has notes of grass, brett, and yeast. The flavor has a light tartness with notes of pale malt, grass, white pepper, and light florals. Highly effervescent and light on the tongue. Great brew.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
This beer pours a bubbly dark golden color with a fizzy white head that evaporates quickly to a film. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of mild brett, yeast and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of funky fruit, earthy malt and grassy hops. The finish is lightly funky with a tart fruity aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Lots of carbonation, almost too much. Great nose, but finishes flat. Could be better.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a clear golden orange color. Had a VERY fizzy head that disappered very quickly. Aroma is a lot of tropical fruits, pineapple, rotten banana, some caramel, floral perfumy, banana. Hmm...Taste is slightly tart, alot of banana, rotten fruits, sweet, strange..not at all what I excpected. To me this is not too good to be honest. Shame coming from such great brewers.
