Servert direkte fra fat under tilsetning av CO2. Mørk amber på farge. Uklart. Høyt kremaktig skum. Pent. Aromaen er behagelig fruktig. Smaken er fruktig og svakt bitter. Ettersmaken varer lenge og er lett fruktig. En ”forsiktig” IPA. Servert som aperitiff i selskapslokalene på Fiskebruket 6 Mar 10.

Rune (6125) - Tromsø, NORWAY - MAR 12, 2010

UPDATED: MAR 13, 2010 250ml poured from cornelius keg, forced carbonation. Initial huge, rocky, white head, leaving nice lacework on the glass. Cloudy, orange-amber body colour. Aroma of resin-like hops. Fresh and mild taste profile of orange hops with suggestions of wheat. The aftertaste has got a stronger mark of resinous hops. Notes of yeast to a dry bitter finish.
