Hazy amber color. Caramel aroma and flavor, with some cereal trace and a flowery touch that IMO is given by a fermentation flaw. Not bad.

Handbottled from tab @ Bryggen. [Courtesy of Myrup, thanks Peter] Average beige head that mostly lasted. Clear flat looking body with an amber color. Spare display of lacework. Aroma of roasted malt, light bread like notes, some caramel and fruit. Medium bodied with a hint of what I thought was a dry texture and an average carbonation to go with the dryness. Light flavor of sweet malt and a hint of bitterness. Light dry and sweet finish. 15-08-2007
