COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Roasty, black, cloudy, tan foam, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, light body, average carbonation. I dont no what’s wrong with it, but I think it can be an infection in the hoses ?

18.07.2011. On tap at Restaurant Bryggen in Thisted, Denmark. Colour is black with tan head. Aroma os malty with dark malts. There is notes of some sour elements, green apples or something. Dry with notes of roasted malts. Body is medium and not as rich as expected. I also think that the aroma is different than expected from this style of beer.
