Botella. Amber colour with a short beige head. sweet caramel malty aroma. Rather thin mouthfeel. Flavour same as aroma. Boring Christmas brew. This "Bryggerens" brew is for sure brewed on allready used malts.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 Ungstrup (23960) - Oamaru, NEW ZEALAND - JAN 6, 2011
Bottled. A pale brown beer with a light tan head. The aroma is malty with light notes of nuts - boring. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel as well as hints of nuts, leading to a bitter finish. The body is light - and the beer is uninspiring.

Quickly disappearing beige head on an amber body.
Simple charamel nose. Taset is charamel but also quit bitter more like a"classic" than an ale.
No X-mas to be found.
Bryggeren, stop brewing...
