Vähän kirkkautta makuun tarvitsisi. Karvas se osittain on, mutta ihan hyvä tällainen Suomesta.

TBone (13358) - Pori, FINLAND - MAR 15, 2015
Bottle 330ml (Alko)
Slightly hazy yellow color, good white head. Citrus, gooseberry in softly hoppy aroma. Medium-bodied. Fruity front then bitter citrus-piney hoppyness. Long lingering bitterness in the dry aftertaste. Good hoppy brew, although it is really IPA, not "Golden Ale".

al53 (85) - FINLAND - MAR 13, 2015
Bottle. Good looking bright golden colour with small white head. Grassy and hoppy aroma with sweet tropical fruits. Grapefruit, grass, pines, hoppy bitternes and citrus on taste. Medium bodied with good crisp carbonation. Dry and bitter finish with more pines and grapefruit. Surprisingly good, easy and refreshing, more apa or ipa style beer.

olio (6881) - Tampere, FINLAND - MAR 11, 2015
33 cl bottle.
Pours clear golden color with a large white head. Mandarin, orange peel and some floral hops aroma, some sweetish caramel too. Orange and some grass on the flavor, resin and hops. Soft carbonation, bitter grassy palate. This is actually quite nice and pleasant, balance is great and the hop profile suits here nicely. Good.

Marstonlad (516) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAR 10, 2015
Bottle from Alko, Helsinki. Pours cloudy golden with a big white frothy head. The aroma features fresh fruitiness with notes of citrus and apple and grassy, herbal hoppiness; some pale maltiness also appears in the background. Taste is dry and hop-driven: grass, herbs and citrus appear. The hoppy bitterness is medium to heavy in strength. The palate is medium-bodied, the texture a bit sticky and the carbonation surprisingly high. Fairly hop-driven interpretation of a golden ale but definitely not a bad one.

   AROMA 7/10   APPEARANCE 4/5   TASTE 6/10   PALATE 4/5   OVERALL 13/20
TET (1903) - FINLAND - MAR 7, 2015
A hazy, yellow beer with a quite weak and white head. Aroma has biscuits, citrusfruits and herbs. Taste has biscuity malts, lemon, strong herbs, quite strong bitterness that is strongly herbal in the end. Medium bodied, quite high carbonation. Quite strong body, could be more refreshning. Strong bitterness in the traditional Golden Ale.

Sarpa (1000) - FINLAND - MAR 4, 2015
Bottle 33cl from Alko. Pours slightly hazy orange, small white head. Grapefruit, caramel, grass in the aroma. Bitter, grapefruit, fruity hops, caramel. Nice but not a typical golden ale.

Pretty bitter stuff this one at start. Would need some more fruityness to balance it out. Nevertheless pretty decent. Loads of summery things going on in this. Reminds me of when the weather was warm while lying on a beach eating some fruits and drinking some sort of a citrus drink.
