Bryggeri Pils on uskollinen eteläsaksalaisille esikuvilleen. Kullankeltaisen värin taustalta löytyy herkullinen maltainen runko ja kaiken kruunaa upea humalointi saksalaisilla lajikkeilla. Note: The first batches were brewed by Saimaan Panimo.

Bottle. Golden, small to average and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate, lightly malty –lightly grainy and lightly sweetish aroma, faint butter and light grassy hoppyness. Body is light to medium, malty – lightly grainy and lightly sweetish flavor, faint butter and light grassy hoppyness. Finish is average, malty - grainy and dryish, light - some grassy/herbal hoppyness. OK dryish pils with decent bitterness .

Bottle @ home [thanks to Hermod / Euro Swap 5]. Clear golden color, average sized white to off-white head that diminishes quickly but leaves fair to good lacing. Aroma is very malty, grainy and malty bitter. Taste has a lot of malts and grains as well and also again that malty bitterness. It appears that the full maltyness also gives the beer a medium body (which is more than the ordinary pilsener has iimo), while carbonation is suitable. Clearly different from most other pilseners I’ve drunk so far.

Quite bulky looking lager with a minimal white head. Lager aroma with a hint of fudge and butter cookies. Quite buttery and sweet taste, soft mouth feel, some nice bitterness in the after taste. This is actually pretty good and balanced tastewise. Delicious bitter lager.

Bottle, BBE 08/14. Pours a deep bright, light amber with a large, white head. Aroma is a lot of grass, decent amount of pale malts, breadiness, grain. Taste begins a light cardboard, but fortunately that disappears quickly. A lot of grains and grainy pale malts. Finishes dry with grass and some herbs. Refreshing. Light, not watery, strong carbonation. A very quaffable pils.

Hazy golden yellow pils with fluffy big head on top and leaves nice lacing behind. Aroma has butter, barley malts, citrus and grassy hop notes. Taste is malty and nicely bitter with grassy and citrus hop flavors. Some butter pops up in the middle. Crispy and light-to-medium body. Excellent crispy and hoppy pils.

A dark yellow beer with a white and medium head. The nose is rich of malts, some sweetness of honey, nice, strong and grassy hops. Some aromatic nuancees in the aroma. Taste is surprisingly rich of malts, medium and grassy bitterness. The end is grassy and long. Simple but nice taste. Almost medium bodied, slightl harsh to drink. A good beer, simple but beautiful.
