Bottle at Malmö Öl & Whisky Festival 2015. Black coloured with a small beige head. Sweet and roasted aroma of caramel, licorice and marzipan. Sweet and roasted flavour of licorice. Roasted finish.

Bottle kindly shared by MisoW, many thanks. Very dark brown color with medium beige head. Nice milk chocolate aroma together with prunes, vanilla. Roasted malt, pralines, coffee, notes of licorice, vanilla. Alcohol is dangerously hidden. Tasty.

Bottle, from trade with omhper, many thanks. Pours nearly black color, beige head. Aroma is milk chocolate, coffee, plums, apples, hints of alcohol. Taste is sweet, medium bitter, roasted, chocolate, plum, apples, vanilla, some alcohol. Very nice warming finish with roasted notes of chocolate and coffe. Nice.

[ As Brygghus 19 My Balalaika ].
[ Trade by omhper ]. Clear dark brown black color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, wood, light licorice - dark licorice. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, malt bitter, alcohol warm, roasted, moderate chocolate, licorice notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20140529]

330 ml bottle. Dark brown with a ruby tint, off white head. Aroma of milk chocolate, coffee and dried fruits. Taste has alcohol, dried fruits, milk chocolate, alcohol with a fairly short finish. A bit thin for the 10 % abv

Flaska. Fin doft av kaffe o torkad frukt. Smaken något tunn men med bra ambition. Beskan finns där men ölen har en bit kvar för att nå några höjder.

Not much aroma, what aroma can be found is tart and a bit vineuos. Certanily not Stoutish
Dark red with beige head, I prefer my imperial stouts darker
Taste is bitter and coffelike but unfourtunatley to alcoholic
light to medium body low carbonation with dry texture
To alcoholic and to little aroma for my taste
