Excellent new Triple, made by De Graal for Bryggja brewery. A beer that won the hobby brew contest here in Belgium. Well, what a great Triple this has become. It has everything to be called the perfect Belgian triple. Crispy hoppy, counter balanced with just that right amount of white candy sugar sweetnes , finished with that perfect 8.5 vol% of alcohol. Delicious malty sweet too, and the body is satisfying. Long lasting hoppy finish. Yes, a well succeeded new Belgian tripel. Highly recommendable.....

Light misty dark golden. Classic Belgian golden malts, apple syrup, sweaty yeast, spice, nice hops. Foamy body, very nice for the style and I enjoy it overall, solidly hopped. True Belgian ale, but well done. (33cl bottle from Dranken Pauwels)

[9/21/15] Bottle at ’t Brugs Beertje in Bruges. Clear deep golden. Aroma is a bit alcoholic, with yeast, spicy phenols, some fruitiness. Sweetish flavor with malt, yeast, spiciness, fruitiness, and a bitter finish with some alcohol. Medium-bodied.

Clear golden, white lacing, lasting foam head. Sweet barley aroma, typical. Nice taste, not too sweet as tripels can be, little bitterness in aftertaste. (Velp 201509)
