Danish: Husets forårsøl er en majbock, lys og maltet i smagen med milde noter af frugt. Det bløde hvide skum dufter af blomster og cirusfrugter. Det er en øl, der er velegnet til lyse retter og oste.

0.5 L bottle from Sidinge Gårdsbutikk, Vig. Hazy, orange colored body, topped by a finger of foamy white head. Aroma of oranges and flowery hops. Not very bock-like, but very inviting. Also a scent of crisp pale malts. Taste has a clean and crisp, and gently sweet malt body. A nice floral fruitiness too, from the hops. Smooth in the mouth. Medium to full body. Balanced ending. A very nice Maibock. Not true to the type. But nevertheless, a very well-crafted and tasty beer.

Tap @ Ølfestival 2011.
Pours clear golden with a small, white film head. Aroma is sweet, light crisp malts, apples and oranges. High carbonation, fine dryish mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, very malty, brewing cereal, light apple. So sweet it kinda sticks to my teeth. Not all bad though.

Botella. Hazy like deep golden colour with a big white head, mostly diminishing, bubbly. Malty fruit like hoppy aroma with some alcohol. Good mouthfeel. Flavour is bitter and fruity flowery like with malt, medium bitterness, some alcohol. Bitter flowery hoppy finish, dry like.

bottle from holbæk. clear brown with a red hue, very large offwhite head. the initial impression of the aroma is floral hoppy. then i get some honey and some citrussy notes, and some sour and sweet notes i think is from yeast and malts. flavor is quite full, and it tastes good. sweet malty base, some dryness towards the end, honey notes, dry bitter english style hops , but also more flowery notes. I like the way the beer is rounded up by a good dose of bitterness, makes it appear quenching. Flavor reminds me of Danish macro easter beers, only a bit more refined than the macro ones of course. Nice one..

It has an aroma of flowers and sweet malts. Light amber in color with light carbonation. Toasty caramel malt flavor, almost chocolatey.

Bottle at KØ10. Mild fruity aroma. Almost clear dark golden colour. Small stable off-white head. Good chalky mouthfeel. The flavour is subtly bready and malty. Hint of sweetness. Very well-balanced.
