COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Humle: Mild

Sample at ØK 13. Tiny off-white head to a dark, brown body. Aroma of roasted malts with a chocolate touch. Mixed taste of plums, raisin, liquorice and chocolate. Sweet ending of chocolate. Fine bodied. Okay, a bit too sweet for a higher score (Copenhagen 25.05.2013)

Draft. A brown beer with no head. The aroma has notes of caramel and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of chocolate, malt, and alcohol, leading to a dry finish.

It smells chocolate. There is a lot of chocolate a bit sweet. Almost to much chocolate, drinkable, but not my favourite! 11/9/10/9/13/11

Citric and refreshing hop aroma. Cloudy red brown colour. Small white head. Good fruity flavour with a bready sweetness. Medium bitterness. Not so much alcohol flavour as expected from the style. Cannot taste much chocolate, but the beer is good.
