Bottle. unclear yellow colour with a white head. Aroma and flavour of honey, spice, yeast, caramel and hops.

Draught at Vallhal.Hazy yellow colour with medium white head.Aroma of herbs,spices feels hoppy and light malty,medium body and fresh crispy mouthfeels with short finish.

Bottled, thanks Papsoe! Hazy deep golden, huge lively head. Resiny floral hops on a mid sized sweet body. Honey and minerals. Peppery finish with mild resiny bitterness. Alcohol is relatively evident.

[ Trade by Papsoe ]. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, pale malt, moderate yeasty, herbs, belgium yeast, light honey ? Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20111102]

Botella. Spice herbal fruitish aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Sweet yeasty fruity herbal bitter flavour.

Bottle 50cl from Papsoe thanks. A cloudy golden orange beer with huge head (got gushing) that goes quickly. Nose is very hopy on the peppery side and Belgian yeast like. Aroma is on agrumes, dry, with a lemon / pepper hops, caramel notes. Honey is difficult to detect because of the very dry body, near to Belgian ale.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Cloudy yellow/golden - white head. Citrus, yeasty, apples, fruity, hay, citrus, zesty, soapy, high bitterness, phenols, yeasty. Wierd.

(Sample at Papsø’s) Pours a slightly hazy golden with particles and little white head that laces the glass. Aroma is starchy malty with notes of dry and dusty hops. Medium body, medium carbonation, watery texture and a slightly astringent finish. The taste is mildly sour with mildly bitter notes.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of spices, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of notes of straw, phenols, and malt, leading to a dry finish.
