Bottle 70 cl. Pours cloudy golden with no head. Very sweet aroma, lots of oranges. Solid body. sticky, sticky sweetness - almost like Grand Marnier. Discreet carbonation. For deserts only - don’t consider this a beer!. Yet delicious. 130211

Botella. Cloudy deep amber colour, small head. Very sweet fruity caramel spiced aroma, quite sweet indeed. Sticky thick mouthfeel. The flavour is very sweet, fruity and marzipan bit like with some spice. The alc. % is noticeable but one would not belive it to be a whole 16%. A very very sweet brew.

Draught at Valhal Ølfest 2011. Murkey amber - no head. Spicy, sugar, brown sugar, honey, fruity, high high sweetness, light alkoholic, sharp finish, amber malts, marzipan.

Sweet aroma of caramel, dried fruits, red wine and spices.
Sweet flavour of caramel, dried fruits, marzipan and spices with notes of port wine.
Sweet finish.
Well hidden alcohol, but very sweet.

From tap. Pours murky red brown with a no head. Aroma is spiced and sweet, and citric. Sugarish sweet, spiced and caramelish. Raisins andcinnomon to cloves and cardemomme. Sweet finish.

Bottle at No5, DØE tasting.
Hazy pale red-brown, no head. Aroma heavy malty (raisins, red berries). Flavor heavy sweet, but not on the wrong side. Body light despite the strength of 16%, lots of CO2, which makes the impression of a light body. Tasted to risengrød, fantastic match.
