Beautiful dark amber with a huge, golden head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel and light fruit. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of citrus, malt, caramel, fruit, oranges, clove and the finish is slightly dry with a moderate citrus bitterness with a very light touch of smoke.

2007 bottle, 7.5%. Grassy hop aroma. Hazy grey/brown colour. Very small head. The flavour is mildly smoked. OK maltiness, not sweet, but good. I cannot taste the spices as such, perhaps they just add to the malty notes. The mouthfeel is a little thin. Gets more smoked after a while, quite nicely so. Well-balanced.

Bottle. Nice head with medium duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, spices and fruits.

Draft. A hazy orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also spicy notes. The flavor is sweet malty and quite spicy.

UPDATED: OCT 11, 2008 Hazy amber beer with a smal off-white head. Spicy and fruity aroma. Coriander and cinnamon in particular. Flavour also dominated by the spice.

Cloudy amber colour with a beige head. Malty, alcohol and fruity sweet aroma with a herbal note. Malty, vague roasted flavor with fruity notes.

Draught. Muddy orange brown colour with a beige head. Light ashtray, fruity, light spicy aroma and a sweet caramel malty, light hoppy, spicy taste. Medium body with a sweet, dry finish.

Draught. Golden/reddish amber coloured. Unclear. Dense beige head. Berries, ginger and cloves in the aroma. Flavour is spiced as well. Sweet and fruity with some berry notes. Quite bland flavour. Medium bodied. Ends on a dry light spicy note. No sign of ABV in taste or flavour.
