Bottled. Amber coloured. Unclear. Fluffy light brown head. Sweet and fruity aroma wiht notes of caramel. Flavour of caramel, light grape and fruits. Has som pruny notes. Quite salty. Is a bit watery and thin bodied. Grapish end with a touch of fruits.

Bottled. Amber coloured. Minerally aroma. Strange salty flavour. Also quite sweet and fruity. Not very pleasant.

A hazy dark orange beer with a huge orange head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of dusty hops, but also alcohol and some fruit notes. The flavor is very sweet with strong fruity notes, but also alcohol notes, which in time gives a slight burn in the throat, in the end it gets a slight dusty note from the hops together with a slight presence of salt? The body is quite thick.

Bottled. Hazy, brown-orange beer that volcanoed out of the bottle. Fruity aroma with yeast and sourness. Yeasty, sour and sweet flavor with some alcohol in it. Sweetish towards the finish. Looks like this one was off, don’t think the brewer intended it to be like this. (060720)

Bottle. Dark golden colour with beige head. Aroma is fruity apple malt. Flavour is fruity apple and sweet malt.

(Thanks to Papsoe) 50 cl bottle. Yeast at the bottom. Amber colour with a huge fizzy and fast disappearing head. Sweet and yeasty aroma with notes of alcohol. Alcoholic flavour too with notes of sweetness from the malt ends up salty and some spicy. Reminds me a lot of a homebrew.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy amber with a handsome, creamy and rather stable head. Weird impure head with a bit too much alcohol. Full-bodied with notes of alcohol. Some light fruitiness and then - again - a very unfortunate and unpleasant saline impression. What’s going on with these salty Brygmand beers??? 290106

Cloudy golden coloured with a huge off white head.
Sweet aroma dominated by malts and fruits with notes of spices.
Flavour of fruits, spices and salt water.

Muddy orange appearance with a foamy lasting off-white head. Mild sweet aroma of cucumber (!), toffee and malt. Sourish malt flavor with a rather unpleasant dusty note and a bite of alcohol. Unbalanced and not too good. Big thanks to Papsoe for this one!
