(Bottle 33 cl) Slightly hazy, deep amber with a creamy, beige head. Refermented in the bottle (in a Pils??), heavily sedimented and gets all murky at the bottom. Hoppy, aromatic nose. Lovely malty, lightly sweet with a solid, hoppy finish. 301105

Thx for sharing Papsø) Got the positivly very last squirt from the bottle; totally light brown mud coloured. White head, quite steady. God round mouthfeel and quite a heavy flavour for a pilsener. Got both nutmeg, orange and laurel, with the malts. Finishes of clear and fresh and actuall a good beer.

Pours a hazy orange golden body and a small white head. Dominating pilsnermalt aroma with a fruity edge and a hint of hop. Reminds me of a very young unfermented lambic. Fresh hoppy and grainy flavor with a good bitterness. Clean taste. A nice and pretty flavorful pilsener. Thanks a lot Henrik Papsoe for bringing this for tasting at Ølbutikken!
