Jul 31, 2006 Bottled: Amber coloured. Light foggy. Fluffy light brown head. Fruits and light herbs in the nose. Quite bland. Flavour is fruity and has a sharp herbal edge. Is medium bodied. Has a medium bitter end. Quite good and easy to drink. Thanks Ungstrup for this.

Jul 29, 2006 An unclear orange beer with a light orange head. The aroma is very light but with notes of malt and cloves. The flavor is sweet malty with light fruit notes - especially oranges, and a light bitter end. And the body is thin. A bottle conditioned Pilsner, which gives the haze, is not really to style, but interesting. Though the hops are not the most interesting I’ve tasted, I still like the idea of Danish grown hops, so far one of only two breweries using Danish grown hops - and definately the brewery doing so that knows most about brewing beer.
