50 cl flaske, 5 %, 4. juni 2013. Mørk brun uklar øl møder én med tykt beige skum, som falder nogle cm efter et par minutter. Duftaroma af chokolade og brændte malte; efter nogen tid i glasset kommer en en duft præget af citrus. En rund bitterhed i smagspaletten med lette syrlige noter. Bitterheden præger eftersmagen. En udmærket Brown Ale.

Very dry with notes of fruits and berries together with spruce and juniperus. Dry bitter aftertaste that ends with a long lasting bitter finish. Fruity.

It’s heavily hazy red-brown with a creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of citrus, spruce and caramel. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of spruce, citrus, caramel, roasted malt and a touch of licorice. It’s a very nice one!
